Software Engineering Intern

What I owned

I owned well-scoped customer-facing features from requirement discussions through implementation, testing, and production deployment. The work spanned five business and automation applications hosted across AWS and Vercel.

Production engineering

I diagnosed reliability failures in invoice processing and billing workflows by tracing application logic, APIs, persistence, data flows, and external integrations. The focus was on fixing live business workflows, not only building greenfield demos.

Systems and delivery

I developed backend APIs and integrations, contributed to an LLM-assisted IVR and calling system for outreach, payment reminders, and scheduling, and added GitHub Actions pipelines for PR checks, linting, tests, and repository quality gates.

I regularly shared demos, progress, implementation findings, and product behavior directly with founders and customers.
