Duely helps small businesses manage invoices and get paid on time without repeating awkward manual follow-ups. It combines invoice and client management with automated reminder schedules and financial context.
The product supports multi-tenant organization isolation, invoice line items, multi-currency workflows, client management, search and filtering, and a Draft, Pending, Paid, and Overdue payment lifecycle.
Reminder system
Each invoice can generate a five-step reminder sequence around its due date. Tone escalates from friendly to a final notice, and the entire sequence stops when the invoice moves to Paid or Draft. Resend and React Email deliver the messages, while reminder activity remains visible in the application.
Engineering
PostgreSQL and Supabase back the organization-scoped data model, authentication, and Row Level Security. Vercel Cron drives overdue and reminder workflows. Historical payment behavior produces Reliable, Slow, At Risk, or New client signals.
Gemini generates a small set of recommendations from aggregated financial context, but the deterministic invoice and reminder rules remain the source of truth.
