Locally is designed for Local SEO agencies managing many client businesses, not for a single business owner. It centralizes evidence and workflows that otherwise live across spreadsheets, messages, repeated checks, and unclear ownership.

The current application is a Phase 1 foundation with selected Phase 2 automation. It covers client and location records, Google Business Profile health, reviews, audits, competitors, action items, onboarding, and reporting.

Permissions and provenance

Agency owners can access all agency clients, SEO employees see assigned clients, and client owners see their linked business with limited input and feedback permissions. Server-side authorization and Supabase Row Level Security protect internal notes, prompts, drafts, and agency-only operations.

Workflow data labels its provenance as Live API, Manual, Mock GBP, or Demo data. Mocked provider boundaries are not presented as live Google Business Profile sync.

Human-in-the-loop AI

AI may classify reviews, identify facts to verify, and prepare reply drafts. It does not publish, approve, promise compensation, admit liability, or invent an investigation. High-risk communication requires stronger human approval.
